Indian tennis star Sania Mirza, wife of former captain  of Pakistan cricket team all-rounder Shoaib Malik, announced her retirement plan.In an interview given to the Women’s Tennis Association website, Sania Mirza said that she will retire after the Dubai event next month.of February

“I wanted to finish after the WTA finals, we were reaching the WTA finals but I got injured,” she  said that there are many reasons for retirement, but the simple thing is that now Ido not want and  will not play, my recovery is taking longer, now I have to think about my 3-year-old son, I cannot endanger him by traveling too much with my son.She more said that,”I was going to stop right after the WTA finals, because we were going to make the WTA finals, but I tore my tendon in my elbow right before US Open so I had to pull out of everything,” Mirza told the WTA tour’s website in an interview published on FridayIt should be noted that tennis star Sania Mirza has shared a new picture with her son Izhaan Mirza Malik on  Instagram.Sharing the picture on Instagram, Sania Mirza wrote that this is my total universe The 35-year-old tennis star said, It’s not as simple as ‘okay I’m not going to play’. “My knees are hurting me,  I do feel my recovery is taking longer, I’m putting my 3-year-old son at risk by travelling so much with him, that’s something I have to take into account.
